Dammit
It did not go the way I had hoped it would, I didn't hit a single one of my goals and I stopped at 100k. Jackpot was fantastic (it always is) but I guess I need more experience with pushing through past 24 hours and I need to improve on a bunch of things - blisters and nutrition being the biggies. The chafing in my lady garden was torture. There must be an entire level of hell dedicated to that.
Kev finished his first ever 100 miles so as a reward he's writing us all a race report - stay tuned!
I'm deeply and fundamentally disappointed but I can't complain about my third 100k finish, honestly I am not naturally good at this shit and that 100 was one hell of a struggle. So much to be worked on.
By persevering.....
