Nope
I should have had it, and I did not. I actually have no idea why I was so amazingly and utterly crap out there yesterday. I was fighting my body the entire race.
I still finished the marathon and BTW it's awesome of the Calgary Marathon to offer that as a 'plan B' rather than a DNF. Good course planning, thank you. So technically I finished my 9th marathon. Given how many times I just wanted to quit out there it's not an awful thing to come away with.
Kevin ran with me the entire time and kept me going, honestly I don't deserve him.
For the next little while I'm going to regroup and enjoy the summer, the mountains, and running for fun. I have a few short races happening, no pressure there.
Today's status - hurts to breathe.
